The location of this hotel is fantastic - right in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the central square and surrounded by charming cobblestone streets. The staff were friendly and always ready to offer helpful suggestions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a great night's sleep.
Can't think of anything.

Great location, right next to Old Town Square and within walking distance of most top sights.
Four flights of stairs and no elevator was a bit challenging after a long day of walking about the city -- but good exercise. What was more bothersome is that we couldn't use international calling cards from the hotel and had to go to outside pay phones to call home/office.

A shower in the bathroom. We had a sunny balcony. 20 minutes by car from the airport. Honestly nothing bothered us...
Can’t fault the property in any way.

This hotel is a luxurious haven in the heart of Prague. the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations- from the comfortable and spacious room with private facilities to the exceptional service provided. the room had a unique and elegant decor, with modern and comfortable furniture, a relaxing atmosphere and stunning views. the location was perfect, nestled in a quiet backstreet within walking distance to all major tourist attractions, shops and entertainment.
The only minor issue was the lack of options for breakfast, although the quality of the food was excellent. Nonetheless, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and preferences.

Linda is fantastic. The location in Prague old town is ideal. Just make sure that customers are warned about shonky taxi drivers who will rip them off.
Taxi drivers.

Beautiful, spacious room (omg...the bathroom alone is worth the stay). Friendly and helpful hotel staff. Our favorite hotel during our two-week stay in Europe!
If the hotel had an elevator it might have been more convenient, but honestly it wouldn't affect our choice to stay here in the future.

The position of the hotel was excellent - just off the Old Town Square and the rooms were spacious and clean
Metamorphis Excellent has no lift so would be no good for anyone disabled. However, I believe the Metamorphis across the road has a lift which is also a lovely hotel as I stayed there 4 years ago.

Good location, near main attractions and restaurants. Room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice view. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was delicious.
Noisy at night and early in the morning, disrupting sleep. Staff was unhelpful and gave wrong information.

The room had a nice patio, the beds were comfortable, the large bathtub was very much appreciated, and the location was great if you like to be in the heart of old town prague!
The breakfast buffet was disappointing and the expresso machine was disgusting, it did not even taste like coffee.

Breakfast was excellent
Staff not up to par. Worst quote from staff: our Internet doesn't work with Mac. No wash cloths in the bathroom? Seriously?

Location
The hotel doesn't match declared 5 stars. The breakfasts served outside of the hotel, what is actually absolutly not possible for 5*. The room smells (not clean enought)
